Theresa Murphy, 300 Hour Advanced Yoga Teacher Training at Revolution Community Yoga in Acton, Massachusetts

Theresa Murphy and Cindy Boulter’s 300-Hour Advanced Yoga Teacher Training offers opportunities for deeper connections and understanding of the ancient arts and practices of Yoga. We’ll unpack how we can impart them as a Yoga teacher, and discover clearer inroads to your own evolution and development as a teacher, and as a human on the planet!

This next-level 300-Hour Yoga Teacher Training program includes in-depth teachings on anatomy, functional movement, and somatic movement with learning experiences that will provide many tools for teachers to choose from and support their creative methods in imparting information to students. Much focus will be placed on working one-on-one with clients privately. We’ll dive into the non-dual teachings of Tantra and the Upanishads for deeper understanding in holding many perspectives but not getting caught in any one.

All eight limbs of the ancient philosophy of Yoga will be explored, and how they can be followed and infused in our modern culture. We will learn they are a path for healing self and others, and they can be a pathway for teachers to forge their authentic voice in the many yoga voices out there.
