Ready to level up your barre practice?
Join us for a 75-minute specialty workshop designed to break down the “why” behind the burn. In this small-group experience, we’ll slow things down, refine the details, and focus deeply on proper alignment, muscle engagement, and intentional cueing.
This is your chance to:
• Dial in your form
• Learn how to protect your joints
• Understand where you should (and shouldn’t!) be feeling the work
• Ask questions in real time
• Receive hands-on adjustments (with your consent) and personalized feedback
Unlike a traditional fast-paced class, this workshop will intentionally move at a slightly slower tempo so we can emphasize technique, posture, and precision. While one instructor leads each track, the other two will be moving through the room offering individualized corrections and tactile cueing to help you fully connect to each movement.
Whether you’re brand new to barre or a seasoned client looking to refine your practice, this workshop will leave you feeling empowered, stronger, and more confident at the barre.

Jen Walsh, Barre + Yoga Instructor
Jen, a Miami native, came to Boston by way of Babson College, staying after graduating, despite the New England winters! Now that she has lived in MA longer than FL, she has come to appreciate all things winter, especially skiing. A stay-at-home mom to three children, a pup and two cats, Jen is also the business owner of Darling Be Mine, specializing in custom and personalized gifts. She is an active volunteer/member of the Acton-Boxborough Community, and a movement enthusiast.
Jen instantly fell in love with barre after taking her first class in 2017, finding the low impact, total body workout (to great music!) to be the perfect complement to her running and cycling classes. Shortly after that first class, she received her Modern Barre Certification and has been teaching barre since.
Always on a quest for personal growth, Jen completed her 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training at Revolution Community Yoga in 2025. She believes yoga is an invitation to achieve overall wellness by nurturing both the internal world (thoughts, feelings, beliefs) and the external world (physical health, relationships, environment) to achieve overall wellness.
Jen’s mission as a fitness instructor is to inspire, challenge, encourage and educate. She is sincere, thoughtful, energetic and authentic, and shares these gifts by creating positive, upbeat, fun classes. Jen is passionate about the importance of leading an active and healthy lifestyle as a role model to her children, and believes there is a strong correlation between nutrition, exercise and happiness. She is grateful for the opportunity to share her love of and enthusiasm for barre and yoga with her clients.

Kim Wesolowski, Barre Instructor
Barre Instructor Kim Wesolowski grew up in the Boston suburbs and has been dancing since the age of three. She was fortunate enough to study at a variety of different dance schools and to perform in productions of “The Nutcracker” and “Sleeping Beauty.” She graduated from Goucher College in 2010, where she was able to explore classes in modern dance, Pilates, and Capoeira. After giving birth to her daughter in 2018, she discovered barre and quickly became a regular. In 2022 she became a certified instructor and is thrilled to be sharing the barre method with the community.

Kim Whitkanack, Barre Instructor
Meet Barre Instructor Kim Whitkanack! Born and raised in Chicago, Illinois, Kim moved to Stow with her husband, daughter, and three sons in 2017. In 2019 they welcomed their adorable dog named Lou to the family… a golden doodle with the biggest heart.
When Kim discovered the Barre community, she was immediately drawn to it. Not only did she love the strength and fitness benefits of the workouts, but she also appreciated the welcoming and friendly atmosphere and the ever so important mind/body connection. In her Barre classes, Kim focuses on creating a welcoming and inclusive environment for all of her clients. She loves putting together awesome playlists to keep everyone motivated and energized… by far her favorite perk of her job!
When she’s not teaching or working out, Kim enjoys spending time with her family and friends and trying out new recipes in the kitchen. She is a foodie at heart and loves to cook for her loved ones. In her free time, you can also find Kim going on walks with her dog Lou and enjoying the great outdoors.
Overall, Kim is an enthusiastic and dedicated Barre instructor who is passionate about helping her students reach their fitness goals in a fun and supportive atmosphere.
