Come as You Are Family Yoga invites children ages 5-12 and their caregivers to do just that… come to their yoga mats as they are!

This class offers the benefits of yoga to children with attention, sensory, and learning needs that might not be met in a traditional Kids Yoga or Family Yoga class.  It is a safe, judgment-free space to explore movement, expand imagination, and strengthen bonds, both within the family and within the community.  Taught by two teachers and capped at a small class size, this class is designed to provide developmentally appropriate activities with a variety of supports offered, depending on the needs, preferences, and learning styles of the participants.  Caregivers and children participate together, so come ready for creative movement and mindful relaxation as a family!

Meagan MacNeill
I began my yoga journey at the age of 19 while seeking ways to alleviate anxiety, and calm my overactive mind. As my practice evolved and saw me through many of lives trials, I decided to become certified to teach. Through teaching, I am not only able to share my love for the physical practice, but also the powerful healing benefits of yoga. My educational background is in school counseling with a concentration in behavioral therapy. My hope is to combine my formal education with my yoga education to provide my students with new tools to deal with life challenges.
