Mindful Flow (Appropriate for All Levels)
Mindful Flow is a moderately-paced practice accessible for all levels that focuses on breath, alignment, and truly grounding movement. The level of intensity for this class is perfect for someone who wants to flow, but at a more relaxed pace than our Vinyasa Flow classes. SLOWER DOES NOT MEAN EASIER! You will work in this class to build strength in bones, muscles, and balance. Props and modifications will be offered, allowing each student to find the right version of a pose for their body. This class is also ideal for anyone wanting to explore the deepening of poses with a bit more heat than a gentle yoga class. All levels are welcome!

Perin Avolese
Perin (They/Them/Their) first started practicing yoga almost 20 years ago while in college. Not being able to afford classes, they practiced yoga alone and in free classes throughout their 20s while studying Buddhism and the human body. They began developing a more serious and dedicated practice about three years ago, attending multiple classes throughout the week (Hatha, Vinyasa, Flow, Yin, Yoga/Pilates Mix, Restorative, Yoga-Inspired Somatic Movement) and integrating yoga more into their lifestyle.
Perin completed the 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Certification through Revolution Community Yoga, graduating in May 2026. Additionally, they completed both Restorative Yoga and Somatic Movement trainings during the year of the 200-Hour training. Perin’s background as a trauma-informed somatic therapist and advocate for intersectionality guides their teaching style, and they offer an inclusive space for practice.

Corina Fifield
Corina discovered yoga several decades ago in her native Romania, attending her first class just before the practice was banned under the country’s communist regime. Her early experience laid the foundation for a lifelong yoga journey. Over the years, she explored several traditions, including Jivamukti, Kripalu, Ashtanga, Iyengar, and Hatha Yoga, which deepened her understanding of yoga as a holistic discipline that cultivates physical vitality, intellectual curiosity, emotional well-being, and an appreciation of our shared humanity.
In May 2026, she completed a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training and continues to expand her knowledge through workshops and ongoing study. In her classes, Corina seeks to create a harmonious balance of movement, stillness, and breath while fostering a welcoming, supportive environment where students of all levels feel safe, curious, and empowered to explore their practice through mindful movement, gentleness, and self-compassion.
Beyond the yoga studio, Corina enjoys hiking, kayaking, traveling, reading, volunteering, creating mosaic art, and spending time in nature.

Becca Fowler
Hi my name is Becca! I’ve been practicing yoga for over 4 years. I started my yoga journey because my body and spirit were craving a level of calmness and movement that only yoga could bring. I’m a dedicated Vinyasa yoga instructor focused on the power of movement and breath, I guide students through fluid, intentional sequences that build strength, flexibility, and balance. My classes emphasize mindful transitions and body awareness, creating space for both physical challenge and mental grounding. I am grateful to share this journey with you as a recent graduate of the 200 hour program!

Jacqueline Greenlaw
I’m Jacqueline Greenlaw and recently completed my 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training with Cindy Boulter at Revolution Community Yoga and “Currents, Patterns & Relationships: Muscle Physiology & Re-Education” training with Amy Matthews. This training has opened up a whole new world and I am excited to continue my journey of self-discovery, healing and personal growth. I first turned to yoga over 20 years ago to help manage stress and anxiety and soon recognized the benefits for my lower back pain. When not practicing and teaching, my husband and I enjoy hiking, travel and being outside in nature. As a reiki practitioner, my aim is to guide you through gentle movement and energy healing to have you leaving class feeling more relaxed, calmer and mentally lighter.

Susan Jones
Susan began her yoga journey in the early 2000’s while working as a software engineer. She fell in love with it and practiced for a couple years. She rediscovered yoga a couple years ago after a 20-year break raising a family. The physical practice drew her in, but the peace she found made her want to explore deeper. Yoga is a way of life that helps her body, mind and spirit. While this life adventure continues, her body parts have their own opinions. Yet yoga has found its way to her soul where it has planted roots and guides her inward. Having just completed the Revolution Community Yoga 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training program with Cindy Boulter (May 2026), Susan is very excited to share in her yoga journey with others.
When not on her mat, Susan spends time in the garden, mountain biking, walking in the woods with her husband and golden retrievers and caring for their granddaughter. She recently learned the art of making sourdough bread thanks to inspiration from one of her YTT classmates.

Kristen Kilpatrick
Kristen began practicing yoga many years ago as a complement to running and has continually returned to the mat for its ability to unite breath and movement while calming the mind. After 30 years as an elementary school teacher and a dedicated yoga practitioner, she chose to bring her two passions together by teaching the art of movement, breath, and stillness.
Kristen’s classes focus on moving with intention, staying connected to the breath, and cultivating awareness both on and off the mat. She invites her students to arrive with a sense of joy and curiosity.
Kristen completed her 200-hour RYT at Revolution Community Yoga and has additional training in yoga and mindfulness for children.

S. Hannah Lawrence
Hannah has been practicing yoga for 15 years. She also has long-held interests and practices in spirituality, mindfulness, and meditation. Her background in healthcare provides a foundation for helping students connect with their bodies through movement. She enjoys teaching slow flow, experimenting with movement patterns, and breaking down poses in ways that help students build strength, both physically and mentally. Aside from yoga, Hannah enjoys spending time outdoors, dancing, bouldering, and snuggling with her three cats. She is excited to share her new teaching skills with the wider community!

Holly Phaneuf, RTY-200 Yoga Instructor, Reiki II Practitioner
Holly is passionate about sharing her love of movement and yoga with people of all backgrounds and experience levels. She was first introduced to yoga as a student at Boston College, but stepped away from her practice as her family grew and priorities shifted. Eight years ago, Holly rediscovered yoga and has been a dedicated practitioner ever since.
After retiring from a career in cybersecurity, Holly now devotes her time and energy to deepening her practice and continuing her learning. She has completed her 200-hour yoga teacher training and pursued additional studies in somatic movement and Reiki.
Holly aims to create classes that are balanced, thoughtful, and accessible, offering options that encourage each participant to explore, grow, and be challenged at their own level.

Julie Platano
Julie began practicing yoga more than 15 years ago and has long been drawn to the way yoga can create steadiness, presence, and connection both on and off the mat. Originally from France, she has also lived in Canada and the United States, experiences that shaped her open-minded approach and appreciation for different perspectives and communities. She recently completed the 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training at Revolution Community Yoga, where she deepened both her personal practice and her understanding of yoga philosophy.
Julie lives in Acton with her husband and their two teenage boys. As a family, they love making music together and spending time outdoors. Julie hopes to offer classes that feel welcoming, supportive, and grounded, where students can move, breathe, and show up exactly as they are.

Rachel Rhada
I am a mother first, and that shapes everything about how I move through the world. After leaving my full-time job without a clear plan, I stepped into teacher training at RCY with Cindy Boulter in September 2025 with the support of my family, this community, and — with the training ending on my 40th birthday— a nudge from the universe. Around the same time, I was also invited into teaching Deep Water Fitness—an experience that felt like a natural extension of my new path before me— movement anchored in support, awareness, and long term wellness.
I focus on clarity, presence, fluidity, and grounding. My classes are not about performance or perfection— they are about meeting yourself where you are and exploring your body, breath, and your Self. I create a space and flow that feels accessible, intuitive, and authentic, where people can show up fully as themselves, reconnect, and move in ways that feel sustainable in all seasons of life. What I offer you is what I have found through yoga— a steady return to yourself— and we might have a few laughs, and even break a few rules along the way.
