Erica O’Neill, Yoga and Pilates Instructor
Meet Erica O’Neill, Starting her yoga journey weighing over 200 lbs in her twenties, she turned to yoga to support her fitness goals. While life became busy with starting a family, her passion for yoga reignited in her thirties, as she discovered its importance of incorporating yoga again into her life. In her forties, she achieved becoming a WNBF Bodybuilding Pro, relying heavily on yoga for both physical and mental well-being during the training process. In 2021, she obtained certification as an ACE personal trainer and, in 2023, completed a 200-hour YTT at Revolution Community Yoga & Fitness under the guidance of Cindy Boulter. This transformative experience allowed her to delve deeper into yoga embracing not only the physical practice but also the philosophical aspects, including the teachings of Pantajali’s 8 Limbs of Yoga. Erica is dedicated to sharing her knowledge and passion for yoga.
