200 hour certified Yoga Teacher, Reiki Master.
I am passionate about sharing my yoga journey with others as it has helped calm my mind and strengthen my body, helping me through life challenges. I believe that everyone can do yoga and enjoy the many benefits. My classes are fun and lighthearted. I encourage freedom and self-exploration. I completed my 200-hour YTT with Cindy Boulter in May 2019 and have studied Restorative and Yin Yoga with Theresa Murphy.
When I am not practicing yoga I am spending time with my husband, 2 kids and our dog Bella. I am always seeking to learn something new through ongoing training, workshops and reading.
