Bhakti Yoga is one of the six branches of yoga, representing the path of self-transcending.  Bhakti is Sanskrit term which signifies a blissful, selfless state.  It is heart-centered chanting meditation.  We will start off this wonderful sharing merging our hearts together chanting Om, followed by specific mantras, which are sacred chants packed with energy and intention–specifically designed to generate powerful sound vibrations that promote healing and relaxation. So look forward to chanting with you all in sacred space. This class is a hands on experience, and is open to all levels of meditators. All you need is an open mind, heart, and your beloved self. To enhance your meditation experience, please wear comfortable clothing, cushion or mat, bring your favorite blanket, a pillow for your head and knees, and whatever helps to support your body to relax and let go in to the moment. Some people like to lie down and some enjoy sitting on a cushion or chair.
