This class designed specifically for clients who are new to barre. This introductory session offers hands-on instruction from our experienced instructor, ensuring you feel supported and confident throughout your workout. You’ll learn the basics of barre, including the structure of a typical class and the key techniques used to tone and sculpt your body. Our instructor will provide options to modify exercises, allowing you to tailor the workout to your fitness level and build strength at your own pace. You’ll engage in a series of low-impact, high-repetition movements that target the entire body, with a special focus on the core, legs, and arms.

This class focuses on the legs and core, combining ballet-inspired movements with strength training exercises to tone and sculpt the muscles. This session targets the quads, hamstrings, glutes, and calves, along with the core muscles. Participants engage in a series of high-repetition, low-impact exercises using bodyweight, resistance bands, and small props like exercise balls. The class incorporates precise, controlled movements and isometric holds to build strength, endurance, and muscle definition.

Come prepared to have fun, get centered, and feel strong! Prior asana (physical yoga) practice is recommended.
