Vanessa Gulati-Rhoads, Yoga Instructor
Yoga Instructor Vanessa Gulati-Rhoads is passionate about promoting holistic well-being through the practice of yoga. She began her yoga journey in 2004 and received her 200-hr certification in 2014. She is dedicated to helping individuals achieve balance and harmony in their lives through a combination of breathwork and a physical asana practice resulting in a mind, body, and spirit wellness. Each class is designed to create an inclusive space where students can explore through movement and mindfulness to build strength and cultivate a sense of inner peace.
