Yoga Mindset
Optimize Your Practice and Master Your Mind with the Traditional 8 Limbed Yoga Path

w/ Erin LoPorto, Yoga Therapist and Life Coach
DATE TBD
$35 Early Registration / $45 day of workshop

Most practitioners think of yoga as a workout when it was really designed to be a “work-in” – a way to tune in and discover your personal strengths and authentic self. It also was a path to enlightenment or freedom from all suffering.

In this workshop we will review the traditions and philosophies of yoga and how they may be even more relevant today than when they were created. You will learn a new framework in which to hold your physical practice. Benefits will include more peace, more energy, better health, better mental clarity, and focus – and joy!

Includes short 5-minute movement and meditation experiments but nothing vigorous or complicated. A great workshop for those who are yoga curious as well as advanced practitioners who want to understand more of the meditative and transformational qualities of the tradition.
