Erin LoPorto is a Yoga Therapist and Embodiment Coach, and she is the creator of Embodied Freedom Coaching Formula for self-healing and transformation. She has practice yoga since 2001 and studied with leading experts in yoga therapy, energy healing, bodywork, Ayurveda, meditation, somatic therapy, functional nutrition and trauma during her time as an intern at Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health. Erin has helped folks who have experienced trauma and/or eating disorders love their body, find their purpose and improve their relationships in private practice since 2011.
