Studies suggest it is more effective than sleep in creating deeply healing states, reducing stress, and supporting the body in releasing physical, mental and emotional tension.

In this mini retreat you will experience four complete Yoga Nidra sessions each guiding you deeper into your true self as you dissolve the beliefs, habits, and stressors that no longer serve you. Transformation is effortless and possible in a single weekend with this powerful process which will be supported with discussion, journaling, and other gentle breathing and movement experiences.

All are welcome. No experience is necessary. Yoga teachers will appreciate the history, science, and applications they can bring to their current classes. The studio will provide mats, blankets, bolsters, and eye pillows. We invite you to wear comfortable clothes and to bring layers for warmth. We also suggest bringing a journal and extra bedding, if you wish, so you may be comfortable lying on the floor.

Erin LoPorto

Erin LoPorto is a Yoga Therapist and Embodiment Coach. She is the creator of Embodied Freedom Coaching Formula for self-healing and transformation. She has practiced yoga since 2001 and studied with leading experts in yoga therapy, energy healing, bodywork, Ayurveda, meditation, somatic therapy, functional nutrition, and trauma during her time as an intern at Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health. She has helped folks who have experienced trauma and/or eating disorders love their body, find their purpose, and improve their relationships in private practice since 2011. She brings a playful, intuitive, and compassionate spirit to her work and speaks on topics of self-love, self-care, and the importance of embodiment. https://erinloporto.com
