We are happy to introduce a new initiative at Revolution Community Yoga: Accessible Ayurveda!
Ayurveda is the traditional system of medicine from India, the most well-documented ancient holistic health care system which has developed for over 5,000 years. Yoga and Ayurveda are sister sciences born from the same Vedic knowledge systems. In keeping with RCY’s guiding principle, we are committing to provide the traditional knowledge from the root Vedic texts in a modern context.
Through Accessible Ayurveda, we are raising awareness in the community about the many benefits offered by an Ayurvedic approach to improving and maintaining health. Ayurveda shines brightest in its ability to support individuals with lifestyle concerns, both physical and mental.
Keep an eye out for our upcoming workshops, seminars, classes, and events. Accessible Ayurveda is here to support you in your journey to discovering personalized natural health solutions. Whether you wish to learn the foundational principles of Ayurveda, or focused topics like lifestyle, diet, routines, or cooking guidance for your specific situation, we look forward to meeting you at our next event at RCY.
For health consultations, lifestyle guidance, and personalized suggestions, our Ayurvedic Counselors are available to schedule one-on-one sessions.
