Hatha Yoga Benefit Class
{REGISTER}
w/ Alex Flores at RCY in the Upper Studio (525 Mass. Ave. next to Acton Coffee House)
This class offers a mindful hatha yoga flow that gives its students an opportunity to curiously move through dynamic and static postures in an intentionally slower and breath-based practice. These meditative-like quality movements provide an opportunity to slow down, breathe deeply, and ground into the alignment of our asanas. This class is recommended for beginners, those who desire to deepen their inner practice, and those looking to take things slow. This class, while free, asks that you bring non-perishable food items in lieu of payment. Contributions will be dropped off at the Acton Food Pantry to support their mission this holiday season.
