Alisa fell in love with yoga at first Savasana! What brought her to her mat was the ubiquitous baby weight conundrum — she loved getting to know her body again, and watching it change! But it wasn’t long until the mental and emotional benefits of yoga started to change her life completely! After suffering from mental health disorders for over two decades, it was coming to her mat twice a day, meditating at least as much, and studying and living Yogic Philosophy, that brought her back to life.
