Explore new possibilities and go far beyond what you thought you knew about your practice. This Baptiste™ inspired Yoga class will give you new sets of challenges and tools to explore, and revamp YOU!

The Baptiste™ vinyasa sequence is designed to empower you in a different avenue in your life. This practice is about being still, and carrying your Tadasana (mountain) throughout the practice in alignment with your breathing. The practice has inspired many people all around the world including business professionals, athletes (Tom Brady), mothers, fathers, teachers, people who suffer from emotional stress, as well as people who are trying to lose or gain weight.

Jay Atwi

Jay Atwi
Jay Atwi was introduced to yoga in 2007 by a close friend who is involved in the Baptiste community. After taking the one class Jay was hooked and has been practicing ever since. Jay was inspired by the freedom and openness of the body that was created for him during the practice that carries through into his life. It gave him more energy to flow and become grounded. As a devoted runner and swimmer, Jay used his practice and the openness to help connect with his breathing during his run or swim. He is dedicated to sharing his experience with his students, and taking it from the mat into the world.

Jay Atwi graduated from Clark University with a Bachelor in Biology and Computer Science and is pursuing his physical therapy degree. He is also interested in knowing the body how it works and how it moves in natural and scientific ways. Jay completed his 200 hour teacher training and completed Baptiste Level 1 and 2 teacher training and assistant/alignment.  He is ready now!
