Please join us for a restorative yoga class to benefit all of those in need of support in the Ukraine.  Restorative yoga is a slow and gentle style of yoga that aims to ease physical, mental, and emotional stress. Together, we’ll focus on finding stillness, reclaiming our breath, and nurturing peace within ourselves and our community. Each posture will be friendly to all body types and abilities regardless of past yoga experience.

Megan Peculis
Megan has been practicing yoga since 2008 and has always been passionate about health, wellness, and the study of human nature. After completing a Bachelor’s in Psychology, she focused her attention on caring for her growing family, now quite full with four kids. She’s found a wealth of knowledge, compassion, and understanding through being a mother that quickly turned her to the emotional, mental, and spiritual aspects of yoga. In 2021, Megan completed her 200-hr teacher training with lead trainer Cindy Boulter. She continues to study yoga to work towards her 500-hr teacher training under teacher Michelle Young. Yoga, to Megan, is so much more than the physical time spent on the mat but how that practice translates to how each of us live our daily lives. Learning more about oneself through the ancient yet timeless philosophy of yoga is the center of her practice and goal as both a practitioner and a teacher.
