Are you interested in learning more about yoga for pelvic health? Join Dustienne in her two-hour workshop here at Revolution Community Yoga. In this workshop you will:

  • Learn about the anatomy and function of the pelvic floor muscles and surrounding structures
  • Experience how pranayama and the pelvic floor muscles are interconnected
  • Identify useful bladder tips including urge suppression, double voiding, and bladder irritants
  • Explore warm ups and asana specific to optimal pelvic floor function and learn how to coordinate control of the breath and pelvic floor
  • Leave with the knowledge of how to continue to strengthen the pelvic floor in your yoga practice and your daily life

Dustienne Miller is a board certified women’s health clinical specialist in physical therapy and Kripalu Yoga teacher. She is the creator of the yoga for pelvic health video series Your Pace Yoga.
