Brenda has been practicing yoga for about 15 years and completed her 200 hour teacher certification with master teacher and author Rolf Gates. With a passion for movement and wellbeing, she has a desire to help others enjoy the benefits of a committed yoga practice. Brenda thoroughly enjoys assisting students of all levels as they improve their strength, flexibility and alignment both physically and mentally. For Brenda, yoga has been her chosen vehicle for encouragement , support and positive change in her life. It is her distinct honor to share her love of yoga with all who choose to come to her classes. Brenda also has a teaching background in aerobics, weight training, children’s yoga, tap, ballet and jazz. She is also currently certified as a spinning instructor through Mad Dogg Athletics.
