Do you wrestle with your relationship with alcohol?
Are you feeling the need to cut back or cut it out completely?
Ponder the possibility that you already have what it takes to clear your mind and calm your body. Your yoga practice has the potential to scaffold you in the strength you need to make the choices that will serve you best. We will examine thoughts, sensations, and cravings in the body and brain, as well as social norms and default behaviors. Through a gentle practice, Julie will bring light to new ways of allowing your practice to anchor you and change how you manage these challenges as they arise. All levels welcome.
