Deep Dive 108: Hips & Hamstrings
Join Lia for an educational and transformative practice focusing on the muscles that move us – hamstrings, hips, and core. In this 108 minute class we will move through an intelligent flow using all of the elements of a full yoga practice.
Asana, (yoga postures) with a focus on how to engage, strengthen, and release in Savasana.
Pranayama, (breathwork) to build awareness of some of the deep muscles that support the how we move, physically and energetically
Meditation, through the opening of the physical and energetic body, Deep Dive 108 will conclude with seated somatic awareness meditation.
Lia Romani is a Massachusetts native who started practicing yoga as a teen. The peace, clarity, and confidence it brought her was always available in difficult times and she became very devoted to the practice. Lia’s passion for yoga and desire to help other’s find similar benefits inspired her to complete her teacher training in Fluid Yoga. She brings this passion to her students and offers a well-balanced class, welcoming to all with emphasis on mindfulness and breath.
