There is no charge for attending these meditation sessions

Please join us for silent meditation Wednesday and Friday mornings. The door to the Loft will be open at 5:30am. There you will find everything you need to set up your space for your meditation practice. Meditation will begin at 5:45am and end at 6:15am.

Never meditated before? No worries! There is no way to do it wrong. Sitting comfortably in silence and doing your best to focus on the breath is all that is necessary to reap the benefits of meditation. As you sit, your mind may wander off in thought and that’s perfectly natural as that is the nature of the mind. The practice of meditation is to notice when that happens, to notice the thought, and bring your focus back to the breath. That’s all!

Like many things in life, the hardest part is just getting started.
