I began taking classes over a decade ago. Curiosity brought me and kept me to the mat, and it is where I invite my students to explore their breath, their movement and to come back to the present, increasing awareness, clarity and mindfulness. Yoga, for me, is about balance. As a mom who loves to hike, camp and rock climb, I am always on the go and yoga provides the perfect opportunity to seek stillness or simply to stretch. I am trained in Yin, Restorative, and a more traditional Hatha style with focus on inclusive alignment and breath.
