In this three-part series we will explore the benefits of meditation, discuss the many types of meditation available for practice and get curious about how to start a meditation practice that will work for you. We will experience a sampling of short meditations and explore solutions to some challenges that might arise. You will learn about the many options available to set you up for success along with a list of resources to nourish your curiosity.

Debbie developed a meditation practice to be able to thrive in the midst of adversity and build resilience in her life. This type of self-care provided relief and energy to deal with life’s challenges. Meditation has been a game changer in dealing with the many stressors in her world.

Debbie WardDebbie Ward is an RYT-200 and Certified Life Coach. Wellness has become a top priority in her life over the last 10 years. Due to multiple health issues in her family she has seen first-hand how practicing self-care, eating well, having a strong meditation practice and increasing movement can significantly impact energy levels and help manage stress. After spending 25 plus years in the corporate world helping customers, she made a shift to help people develop their wellness tool kit and up-level their well-being. Using a holistic approach Debbie partners with clients to create a joyful lifestyle with resilience for challenging times. Being grateful and aware of possibilities that intention and energy can bring to an experience is core to her beliefs.
