Ever say to yourself, “I need to do more cardio…..”? This is a 60 minute Yoga practice designed to get the heart rate up. This is a true Yoga practice (not “cardioga”). It differs from a power class, in that we don’t practice advanced poses, but instead emphasize familiar poses that are easy to come into, but a bit challenging to hold. We also include plenty of movement-with-breath, as we flow back and forth between related poses. Enjoy a well-rounded practice, with sequences designed for easy modification to your particular fitness level, an up-beat playlist, and the friendly, non-competitive atmosphere you always find at RCY.
