Did you know?

  • 91% of women and 53% of 13-year-old girls are unhappy with their bodies.
  • Over 50% of teen girls and 30% of teen boys actively participate in unhealthy weight control behaviors.
  • Only 9% get treatment for eating disorders.

Why are so many people unhappy with their bodies?

How do social media, family relations, and mental health affect these statistics?

Most importantly, what can we do about it today?

Everybody deserves to love their body exactly as it is! That applies to you—and your children and your friends!  Yet, rarely do we find the places, people, and messages that support this.

If you are concerned for yourself or someone you love, do not miss this free talk. An opportunity to grow and heal, hear from those who have recovered from eating disorders as they share their stories.

Along the way, learn how to:

  • Personally define beauty
  • Commit to honest health
  • Free yourself from the battle with diets, self-hate, and “shoulds” forever
  • Support others in loving their body as it is
  • Educate and inspire more to be part of the solution

It’s time we mend this relationship between self and body for good!
