$120 for the full 6 week series / $25 per class drop-in

The Girls Stand Tall Program will empower girls to listen to their hearts by infusing yoga, breathwork, mindfulness, journaling, art, games and focused self-reflection.

In this supportive environment we will:

  • Develop a balanced yoga practice for both physical and emotional strength.
  • Cultivate friendship and connection.
  • Get creative through theme inspired art projects.
  • Dive deeper into our true selves with journals, mindfulness activities and self-reflection.
  • Learn how to relax and breath when stressful situations arise.

Girls Stand Tall is an opportunity for girls to begin to contemplate, address, discuss, think outside of the box and make powerful connections to themselves and each other, while learning what makes them unique. This program explores important life lessons and is designed cultivate mindfulness, compassion and kindness, personal strengths, self-esteem and courage.

Please bring your own yoga mat and water. A tea and a nut free (parent pre-approved ) snack will be offered.

Having worked in the public schools for over 15 years and witnessed first- hand the stressors our children face today, Jen is more passionate than ever to bring yoga to our youth. Learning yoga and mindfulness is a powerful tool that will carry into their adult life, with it comes resilience, balance, compassion and self- awareness. Something they can pull from whenever they need it.
