In this workshop, the first hour will include fascia release work using balls, straps, blocks and foam rollers, while discussing why keeping fascia healthy and hydrated is important. The second hour will be yoga flow – flowing asanas with openness and fluidity focusing on fascial connections, ending with a restorative meditation. We will also incorporate poses which help with relieving anxiety and stress.

Theresa Hoberman
In addition to being a Yoga instructor (RYT 200), Theresa is a Personal Trainer, Cycling instructor, TRX, Pilates Mat and Pilates Barre instructor. She has been teaching for over 10 years, having switched careers from financial systems consulting when she became a mom. Theresa loves to help people feel good both physically and mentally, and incorporates her personal training and Pilates expertise into her yoga classes. She lives in Bolton, MA and enjoys running, cycling, hiking and the beach.
