Frustrated with chronic running related injuries or just looking to improve your running form? This workshop will provide you with evidence-based methods to reduce your risk of running-related injury. Sarah Sherman, PT, DPT, ATC of LIVE4 Physical Therapy & Wellness Advising will lead us through pre and post run exercises to incorporate into your regular workout routine, as well as provide running biomechanics education and tips to improve technique. Be ready to try some exercises and come prepared with all your running questions!

Sarah Sherman, PT, DPT, ATC is a residency trained Board-Certified Sports Physical Therapy Clinical Specialist and Certified Athletic Trainer, and the owner of LIVE4 Physical Therapy & Wellness Advising in Acton.
