It’s a Balancing Act! Part 1:
Learn how to improve your personal balance no matter your starting place.
Balance is dynamic and can seem illusive – AND we can get better at it with understanding and practice! In this 75-minute workshop we will explore what is involved in creating balance:
• How to build and create a strong base of support
• How to bear weight safely and efficiently
• How to distribute the energy throughout the body
• We will play with various postures and exercises to improve and build our own sense of balance and ease.

It’s a Balancing Act! Part 2:
In this experiential 90-minute workshop, we will take balance to the next level! We will play with various arm balances and building the strength and support needed to balance on our hands. No arm balancing experience required.

Cindy Boulter

Cindy Boulter, BSc, ERYT 500, IAYT Yoga Therapist
Cindy is a practicing yoga therapist who has been teaching yoga for over 20 years and leading RCY’s yoga teacher training certification program for the past 7 years. Her favorite thing is to help others learn and explore through yoga and movement.  Cindy’s classes are a blend of smooth flowing movement with strength and stillness; each class being unique and designed to create a deeper understanding of ourselves and how we align in our bodies and in the world. She believes in practicing with a sense of humor, self -compassion and curiosity.
