Congratulations on the upcoming birth of your baby! You’ve worked over many months preparing for pregnancy and childbirth but are you ready for what comes next? In this workshop, we’ll begin your preparations for the 4th Trimester – those first few months of your newborn’s life. Your body, your emotions, and your relationships will be going through transformations. Learn what to expect, how to prepare, and ways to empower yourself to have an amazing start to parenthood.

Topics covered will include:
· Physical recovery and emotional Complications
· Soothing techniques and infant sleep expectations and strategies
· Feeding the baby – breast, bottle, and everything in between
· Back to basics for parents – nutrition, sleep, and self-care
· Creating your support village

Arielle Driscoll, Certified Pediatric Sleep Consultant
Arielle Driscoll is a certified pediatric sleep consultant and founder of Expect to Sleep Again Sleep Consulting, LLC based in Bolton, MA where she resides with her husband and 2-year-old daughter. Arielle has a passion for helping families that feel confused, defeated, scared, and exhausted to find sleep, health, and happiness. She does not believe in a “one-size-fits-all” approach, but rather believes in addressing each individual situation with all of its considerations. As a Postpartum Doula, Amanda supports families during the first few months with their new baby, aka the “4th trimester”. She provides education about newborn care, physical recovery, infant feeding and much more. She can be an extra set of hands while mothering the new mother and a safe space to process the birth and discuss the excitement and fears around becoming a new parent. Building confidence and a sense of empowerment in the parents is her ultimate goal.
