For Mothers & their non-walking babies. Enjoy yoga in a safe, supportive environment while learning postures and exercises specifically suited to pregnant women and new mothers. This session will combine Iyengar Style postures with breathwork for the health and happiness of both mother and baby. Yoga helps women to improve their strength and flexibility before and after childbirth. Practicing with your infant / child keeps Mom fit and creates a lasting bond.

Jean Popovich has been helping students with their yoga practices and cooking skills since 2003. She completed her teacher training with Kim Valerie at Yoga Spirit Studios and in 2005, studied Classical Hatha Yoga at Yoga Vidya Dham in Nasik, India. Jean has extensive prenatal / postnatal teaching training and taught Hatha Yoga throughout both her pregnancies.
