Join Jen Mast for an informative workshop on yoga techniques for mood balancing, chronic stress, anxiety and depression. This workshop we will cover the following objectives:

  • Discussion regarding the many benefits of yoga, both physical and psychological
  • Learn what medical research is saying about yoga
  • Experience and practice evidence-based yoga skills and techniques (asanas, breathwork, visualization, mindfulness, Yoga Nidra)

Lifeforce Yoga is for all ages, bodies types and cultures.  No yoga experience necessary.
