I started yoga as a pre-teen, accompanying my mother to classes sporadically. Immediately, I fell in love with the strength and flexibility that grew with my practice but it wasn’t until the birth of my son that I realized the immense emotional, mental, and spiritual benefits of yoga. Years later I found myself in the midst of the COVID pandemic and half-way through my 4th pregnancy – basically, in desperate need of some peace of mind! I began the 200 hour training course with Cindy Boulter where I was introduced to the endless possibilities of yoga, not just as an exercise but as a way of life. Combined with my Bachelors of Science in Psychology, I hope to bring a genuine, practical, and purposeful yoga to all whom I teach. I enjoy fun, light-hearted practices that bring a softness to the hustle and bustle of our daily lives while still enriching our minds both off and on the mat.
