We all come to the mat with our own personal battles. For Megan, mental health, chronic stress and the task of motherhood made finding time to practice an essential part of survival.
She combines positive psychology with enthusiasm and humor in every class, no matter the day.
Megan holds a variety of certifications and continues to enjoy constantly learning from other teachers as well as formal trainings and workshops. Her current qualifications include: 200hr Yoga Certification (Revolution Community Yoga), 85hr Prenatal/Postnatal Certification (Down Under School of Yoga), Prenatal/Postnatal Fitness Specialist (AFPA), Barre Certification (Barre Revival by Angela Hawthorne) and Mat Pilates (PowerPilates). Megan also holds a B.S. in Psychology and continues to work towards her Kickboxing Certification (ISSA) and Group Fitness Instructor Certification (ACE).
