Michelle began practicing yoga years ago to complement a cardio fitness routine. What started as simply “stretching” grew into an awareness of how yoga benefits the body and mind. As an instructor, she hopes to create an experience that awakens awareness of what our bodies and minds are telling us on a regular basis. Through regular practice, she hopes this self-awareness will be used as a tool to empower practitioners in their own lives.
When not practicing, Michelle is a special education teacher who enjoys time with her family, traveling, and reading a good book. Michelle completed her 200-hour teacher training with Cindy Boulter at Revolution Community Yoga. She is also certified as a teen yoga instructor through Childlight Yoga based in Dover, NH.
