Enjoy yoga in a safe, supportive environment while learning postures and exercises specifically suited to new mothers. This class will focus on Vinyasa style and is suitable for those new to the practice as well as experienced yogis. Vinyasa links movement with breath while improving strength & flexibility. Practicing with your infant / child keeps Mom fit and creates a lasting bond!

Michelle Masella
Michelle started taking regular yoga classes twelve years ago. Always interested in fitness and holistic health, she immediately fell in love with how a consistent practice made her body and mind feel. What started as a mostly physical practice, morphed into a tool for navigating through life’s challenges. As a busy mom and special education teacher, she loves the notion of using yoga principles off the mat. She has a desire to share the balancing effects of yoga with others. She completed her 200-hour certification with Cindy Boulter at Revolution Community Yoga in Acton. Additionally, she holds a Master’s Degree in Education and feels her experience in the classroom aids in her understanding different perspectives and how each class can be a unique experience for the participant. In her free time, you’ll find her spending time with her boys outside and eating lots of ice cream!
