Meditation is not one size fits all. However there is a size that will fit, if you try on a few.

Are you curious about meditation but not sure how to start or sustain a practice?

This 60-minute class will include a short guided meditation experience, information on how to establish a practice, common issues for meditators, and resources to feed. your curiosity. Join me in this safe space to navigate finding a meditation practice that is best suited for you. This monthly class will be offered both in studio and online (recording available if not able to attend live) to inspire, connect and guide you on your meditation journey. All levels are welcome.

Debbie Ward, Yoga Instructor

Debbie Ward is an RYT-200 Kripalu Yoga Teacher and Certified Life Coach. Debbie’s yoga journey began 14 years ago and continues to evolve. Her themed yoga classes include mindfulness practices and poses that are suitable for all levels. Debbie’s particular area of interest is healthy bones since Osteopenia and Osteoporosis are diagnoses she has received in the last few years. Yoga is just one of the pieces that can help with bone health. Debbie offers guidance in a supportive environment for students to build awareness and up-level their well-being. Debbie’s journey with meditation began about 10 years ago and her daily practice continues to evolve. She is MBCT trained and has attended several meditation retreats at Kripalu with leaders including Tara Brach and Larissa Hall Carlson.
