Do you embarrass your family when you bust a move in public?
Do you rock late 90s and early 2000s jams in the drop off line at school?
Start your Mother’s Day celebrations on a high note with this energizing flow!
Designed to get your heart beating and your endorphins flowing, this challenging class combines cardio and resistance training to build muscle, bone density, and endurance. Set to upbeat music and incorporating the use of light weights, resistance bands, and jumping, you can expect a total-body workout while having fun, getting centered, and feeling strong.
Mother’s Day Sunday might be for family time, but Saturday night is for YOU!

Meaghan Brazell, RYT-500 Yoga Instructor
Meaghan seeks to spark both joy and curiosity in her students, guiding them to continually explore asana (physical yoga) in new ways. Her carefully crafted sequences allow students to practice perseverance through single-pointed focus and moving meditation. Meaghan’s specific cuing and assists allow for individual growth within a supportive community. For Meaghan, a dedicated yoga practice is a constant reminder that we can rise to meet life’s challenges through the cultivation of confidence and vulnerability. She hopes students leave her classes feeling renewed, having left all that burdens them on the mat.
Meaghan has approached yoga as a way of life since 2012. She is a graduate of the 200-hour yoga teacher training at Revolution Community Yoga and the 300-hour teacher training at Down Under School of Yoga in Boston. She holds additional certifications in Kids Yoga and personal training.
