In Chinese Astrology, 2026 arrives as the Year of the Fire Horse – a cycle of passion, freedom and bold transformation!
Join me for an Embodiment Flow to enter the new year in a fully embodied and intentional way. We’ll settle into stillness, listen to the body’s wisdom, move slowly, breathe deeply, stretch, heal, and (most importantly) play. This practice isn’t about performance; it’s about deep presence.
We’ll journey inward, move from meditative stillness, restore together, and close with some joyful dancing and a sparkly cider toast to welcome the Fire Horse year.

Jilli Goldman
Jilli draws on her experience as a dancer, meditator, yogi, and priestess to bring rich and diverse teachings to her classes. Passionate and deeply immersed in her practice, she infuses each session with mindfulness, embodiment, and somatic techniques to help students connect into their bodies. Her approach is accessible, fun, and deeply transformative.
Jilli completed her 200-hour YTT with Todd Norian of Ashaya Yoga and has studied extensively with Byron Katie, founder of The School for The Work. She has trained in meditation with renowned teachers including Eckhart Tolle, Sadhguru, and Dr. Dan Brown. Currently in her third year of intensive training to become an ordained priestess, Jilli is devoted to guiding others inward—helping them fall in love with their own bodies and understand their infinite potential.
In Embodiment Yoga we slow down and travel inward on a journey of self-discovery. Experience a full-body stretch, movement as meditation, and always a touch of the unexpected! A healing field is created in these classes where anything is possible—inviting curiosity, deep transformation and inner peace. Quiet your mind in this busy world and rediscover the sacred connection to your body-temple.
