This gentle, therapeutic flow provides students the space and encouragement they need to slow down and allow the breath to support the body. Learn how to give a body the safe space and downtime it needs to heal, providing the integrity and sense of peace we all need to thrive and to grow, physically, emotionally, and spiritually.

Heather Keyes
Heather first came to yoga tired, stressed, and feeling disconnected from her body. Yoga created a space of quiet and freedom in body and mind that propelled her on a life-changing path to a healthier, more balanced lifestyle. Heather draws from her knowledge as a massage therapist to guide students through an intelligent flow with attention to anatomical alignment. Recognizing the importance of the mind-body connection, Heather’s classes create a space that enables students to be firmly grounded in the present moment on and off the mat. Heather was certified through the Boston Yoga School and completed The Power of Touch mentorship with Nicole Clark.

Tricia Cunniff
Tricia teaches Hatha, Flow & Restorative Yoga in the Greater Boston Area. She came to the mat in 2009 as a way to find peace amidst struggles with anxiety and depression. Tricia instantly felt the healing benefits of the practice and wanted to learn as much about yoga as possible.  After years of dedicated practice in a variety of styles, Tricia completed her 200-hour certification with Cathy Mann at The Yoga Studio in Millis, MA in 2016. Trained in the Hatha style based on the Iyengar Method, Tricia creates a safe environment for her students by encouraging the use of props and healthy modifications. Holding the belief that anyone can and should practice yoga, Tricia’s classes are created for students to reconnect to themselves and find harmony in their minds, bodies, and spirits.
