I found my passion on the mat in eighth grade after taking a teen yoga class. A little hesitant at first about slowing down and focusing, I noticed that taking time to pay attention to my breath and body was crucial. As a cheerleader and gymnast for many years, my body was used to pushing through the pain. After constant strain in my joints at such a young age, I realized it was time for a change. Yoga is the connection of mind, body, and spirit, and I truly believe that every person will benefit from yoga.
At age 17, Olivia completed her 200-hour yoga teacher training with Cindy Boulter in 2019. She is also completing her Reiki 1 training in early June of 2019. Olivia teaches with a kind and gentle spirit. While continuing her journey and learning all she can about yoga, Olivia hopes to teach about how yoga goes way past the physical pose.
