Practicing yoga for over 15 years, Pam found yoga in search of relief from a back injury and was inspired by her experience. She completed her 200 RYT at MetroWest Yoga in 2015 and has been enjoying teaching ever since.
Her classes offer sequences that build upon each other, increasing flexibility & strength that leave you both energized and restored. Pam encourages students to move with breath and awareness, by incorporating the spiritual, physical & mental aspects of yoga. She believes in fostering an inclusive atmosphere, encouraging students to move at their own pace and feel at ease in their bodies. Additional training includes workshops on fascia, hip & back health, Anatomy Fundamentals and Restorative yoga. Pam enjoys long walks with her Tibetan Terrier and biking.
