Pam is a certified RYT teacher and CPR trained, she has been practicing yoga for over 15 years, she first came to Iyengar yoga to alieve chronic back pain and gain flexibility. In addition to healing her back, she felt an instant connection, to the physical practice and the mental and spiritual aspects of yoga.  She attributes her continued spine health to practicing yoga and is inspired to share its benefits of flexibility, balance and tranquility through her classes.  She encourages her students to tap into their own body intelligence as they develop mindfulness and strength in mind and body.
