Heather Keyes
Heather first stepped onto her mat craving movement and connection. From that very first class, yoga created a space of quiet and freedom in her body and mind. Heather has practiced and studied massage and Bodywork for over a decade and is able to draw from her experience to guide students through an intentional flow with space and support to connect to their body, breath, and the world around them.

Heather completed her 200hour training through Boston Yoga School. There, Heather was introduced to Nicole Clark with whom she has studied closely with for the past five years, both in the bodywork and yoga room, delving deeper into the intricacies of the human body, its physiological responses, and healing abilities. Heather has completed The Power of Touch mentorship with Nicole, and Biodynamic Cranial Touch with Giorgia Milne. Heather continues to study under and assist Nicole’s trainings and mentorships both at home and abroad.
