Join us online and in-studio for an interactive class that offers exercises and techniques for reducing and preventing shoulder pain. Whether you currently have shoulder pain, have dealt with an injury in the past, or are looking to reduce your risk of shoulder injury, this class will provide you with tools to incorporate into your regular fitness routine.
Sarah Sherman, PT, DPT, ATC is a residency trained Board-Certified Sports Physical Therapy Clinical Specialist and Certified Athletic Trainer, and the owner of Live4 Physical Therapy & Wellness in Acton.
