How to choose yoga poses and transitions that best support your students’ needs?
How to help your students feel stronger, lighter, more agile, and more connected during all of your classes?
You SEE them
You see their parts moving in relation to one and other
You see their whole body moving
During this workshop you will learn how to SEE your students and understand the Asana’s through an exploration of:
- Basic anatomy – bones, joints, muscles, nerves
- Anatomical language used to describe movement
- Planes of movement
- Alignment cues- helpful or not?
- How we move into a pose matters vs fixing it afterwards
