Everyone deals with feelings of anxiety and depression occasionally. Anxiety has the uncanny ability to convince us that we are the only person that experiences anxiousness and trepidation. Each of us have been affected by anxiety at some point, whether in response to a real threat or a perceived one. In fact, humans are hard-wired to want to flee when they are frightened. That trait has probably kept us out of harm’s way and alive for a millennium.

Many of us are grappling with personal challenges, work imbalances, uncertainty about the future, or the stress of current events. Medical science confirms that stress and anxiety can take a toll on our wellbeing, relationships, and happiness. Whether you are struggling with anxiety or know someone who is – this workshop will provide essential stress management strategies to help you or those you love to regain control of your thoughts and emotions. My approach to managing anxiety is holistic. The goal is to help restore harmony to the mind, body, and spirit to bring the individual back to the “present moment.” We will explore practices to identify and manage triggers, alleviate stress, discharge excess energy, build emotional resilience, soothe the nervous system, and increase overall well-being. Join us for this informative evening and reclaim your peace. Pre-registration is required. Contact: info@YogaActon.com or 978-274-5596.

Diana Harris

Mixing compassion and humor with her abilities, Diana gently lifts the veil of fear and illusion so that her clients and students are empowered to honor their Highest Potential. Her style is evocative of the well-known aphorism: “Know thyself and thou shalt know the world.”

Diana has a deep connection to Mother Earth and works with her Wisdom Keepers. She incorporates her knowledge of archetypes, vibrational medicine, angels, the medicine (spiritual) power of animals, and shamanism into her practice. These ancient systems offer us a methodology for self-understanding, healing, and spiritual growth.  Ms. Harris feels her main purpose as an intuitive counselor, healer, and educator is to assist others in re-connecting to and recognizing their Power. She believes that although all of us possess physical bodies and mental attitudes, our deepest connection is to our Spiritual Source.

Diana was born an empath. From an early age, she was drawn to Edgar Cayce, mysticism, shamanism, Eastern philosophies, and other esoteric doctrines. Her move to Hawaii in her late 20’s was a spiritual catalyst. At 30, Diana heard the call of Spirit. It said: “Physician heal thyself, there is much work to do”.

At first, she was puzzled and somewhat resistant. Communications engineering was her career. But shortly after, teachers and other synchronicities began to occur. Diana continued her spiritual studies and practice while working in corporate America for many years. When the time was right, she took a leap of faith and pursued her true calling. Ms. Harris facilitates transformational workshops and conducts mediumship events throughout the United States. She is a frequent guest presenter at holistic expos. She has touched the hearts of thousands through her speaking engagements. Many have dubbed Diana, the “Happy Medium” because she brings such Light and Joy to her work. Diana’s media appearances include: BBS, DiggRadio Boston, WBZ, Explore Your Spirit, Hawaii’s Inspiration Radio, and others. She is a contributing writer to Wakeup-World, By Region, Wisdom, and other holistic journals. Her stories were published in the book, Love Like God.
