Balance the Mind and the body as we take our Yoga practice on the water! You will gain more strength, control and balance as we flow through a series of postures linking breath and movement with the beauty of being outdoors in Nature. Class includes a land lesson on paddleboard safety and technique. Suitable for all Levels

Cindy Boulter, BSc., ERYT 500, ACE , SUP Yoga, WPA
Cindy is committed to being a life-long student of yoga and is a seeker of knowledge with over 20 years of experience in the fitness industry as an instructor and international presenter, and over 15 years experience teaching yoga and training yoga teachers. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Health Sciences, and has studied extensively with numerous teachers, completing over 1500 hours of training. Her love of being outside and on the water led to her most recent training in Paddle Board Yoga from Paddle into Fitness in San Diego CA.
