Talia started doing yoga as a Freshman at Boston University in 2012. Since then, yoga has been a fundamental aspect of her health and wellbeing. Talia earned her 200-hour certification at Yogaworks Back Bay and teaches at a number of yoga studios in the greater Boston area. She is particularly interested in Trauma Informed Yoga and is always looking for ways to help others through yoga.
Talia is currently pursuing a Masters in Public Health at Boston University’s School of Public Health. She plans to focus on Social and Behavioral Sciences and is particularly interested in the benefits of yoga from a public health perspective.
