I am a certified Personal Trainer, Yoga instructor (RYT 500), Pilates Mat, Barre, Cycling and TRX instructor. I have a Cornell Plant-based Nutrition Certification and am a NASM certified Nutrition coach. I have been a personal trainer for over 15 years, having switched careers from financial systems consulting when I became a mom. I love helping people feel good both physically and mentally, and am passionate about incorporating exercise into our daily lives. I enjoy creating and teaching classes that are unique and challenging, incorporating strength, Pilates and Yoga.
