Yin Yoga is a slow meditative practice designed to offset our fast paced, stressful lives. In this class passive floor poses will be held for 3-5 minutes with the use of props. You’ll enjoy quiet music, guided breath work and subtle essential oils. Yin helps to quiet the mind, release tension and develop flexibility. Reiki ( RAY-KEY) is an ancient, gentle hands on or off healing art used to facilitate deep relaxation, and promote healing. Enjoy the blend of Yin and Reiki for mental and physical release.

What is your walk in life? My goal in life isn’t to be perfect, it’s to be whole. My yoga journey began 15 years ago, it’s a way of life, it’s my source of healing and strength. I’ve had the honor of training with Bernie Clark, Cindy Boulter, Jacqui Bonwell, Johnny Gillespie, Libby Barnett and Theresa Murphy. Their knowledge is humbling. My training includes: 500YTT, Balanced Athlete certification, Clinically Informed Restorative Yoga for trauma (CLIR), Restorative yoga, an extensive study of Yin Yoga and Reiki Master. I teach traditional yoga with a modern technique. I love to laugh and not take myself too seriously, this is reflected in my classes. It’s important to work smarter, not harder. Be curious and inquisitive. My classes are weaved with fun and sprinkled with yoga history. I find great strength and light from my Christian faith. My husband and 2 kids are my biggest fans and I love them beyond words. My dog is the world’s best snuggler. My parents have given me a firm foundation that has allowed me to soar. My sister reminds me, there is nothing you can’t do if you believe in yourself. I’d love to walk with you, and together we’ll unravel your inner story. Be still, Be happy…Savasana (my favorite pose)
